A Mountain of Dust

I think its time for a radical readjustment,
To stop and smell the roses,
To show you the world as I see it,
Through my eyes.

I can show you the way,
As I find the path myself,
I need to break through the boring trivial moments,
And hold onto those that matter most.

I'm going to branch off from words,
Explore the other senses,
In order to make them truly come alive,
Instead of dying underneath a mountain of dust.

I hope you'll be coming with me, on this endeavor.
